In Over Our Heads

1 Cor. 13:1-7
You've probably heard it before: "I believe in God; I just don't believe in organized religion." I hope we are not guilty of any attitudes or behaviors that would cause our neighbors to say such a thing. But wouldn't it be great if we, as a church, were so loving that people couldn't use us as an excuse for not joining his Church in her work on earth? Wouldn't it be great if we were to overhear them saying, "Wow, they really do love people!"
But in order to develop that kind of reputation we'll need to get in over our heads. Are you ready for that? I'm not sure I am. It sounds exciting, but it also sounds terrifying. So, what's next?
